Why He CRAVES by Alexa Brookes Book Review

Why He CRAVES
Alexa Brooks

Book Description

A Hot And Brand New Alpha Billionaire Romance Series!

Why.He.Sins.

When Megan was finished eating she went outside and sat on the porch. She had her legs covered enough so that the scars didn’t show; but when she lifted the leggings just a bit she could see the scars running up and down her legs.

She would always remember that horrible night. The doctor said that the memories would all fade away, but he lied to her. Even after she had gone for a that last checkup to make sure she was still doing well, the nightmares still came and she always ended up waking up crying and sweating. Lowering the leggings so that she wouldn’t have to think about that horrible night, she got up from the chair and went over to the railing that led down to the sand. She knew that she would never be able to show anyone the scars on her legs, so she had to be careful so that no one asked what happened to her...

My Thoughts
In this next installment we find out a bit more about each character. We definitely can giver her father the biggest jerk award. I mean how can someone treat their child like that? I just wanted to throw a brick at him, I mean really! When the man who is holding your daughter as payment for your debt is treating your daughter better than you, you have a serious problem!
We also get to dive into Megan's secrets which are pretty gnarly and a bit intense so beware. There definitely is some sensitive material for all my readers who like to have trigger warnings before they go into their reads, if you are one to avoid those kinds of reads, beware. This one contains sensitive material.
I liked seeing the development of these characters, Linda is a wonderful addition. The plotline is developing quite nicely and I am definitely intrigued.
